MOLGENIS for Level 2 onboarding

A Level 2 connection using MOLGENIS EMX2 (the latest version of the MOLGENIS data platform) can be established in two ways

* Install and host it yourself following the steps in the manual [`link <https://molgenis.github.io/molgenis-emx2/#/molgenis/run>`_] 

* Contact MOLGENIS team [`email <mailto:molgenis-support@umcg.nl>`_] to outsource your installation, hosting and backups.

* Once installed and hosted, use the ‘FAIR_DATA_HUB’ template when setting up a new database schema. This template immediately enables Level 2 APIs including FAIR Data Point, ERDERA Beacon v2, and RDF. Contact the ERDERA onboarding team for further onboarding steps.
