MOLGENIS for Level 2 onboarding

A Level 2 connection using MOLGENIS EMX2 (the latest version of the MOLGENIS data platform) can be established in two ways

• Install and host it yourself following the steps in the manual [link]

• Contact MOLGENIS team [email] to outsource your installation, hosting and backups.

• Once installed and hosted, use the ‘FAIR_DATA_HUB’ template when setting up a new database schema. This template immediately enables Level 2 APIs including FAIR Data Point, ERDERA Beacon v2, and RDF. Contact the ERDERA onboarding team for further onboarding steps.
